As an experienced traveler and former tourism and hospitality professional, I bring extensive industry knowledge and firsthand, on-the-ground experience to each trip that is entrusted to me. I work hard to understand your travel style and priorities and to incorporate little touches and hidden gems that will make your vacation unforgettable and one of a kind.
How Does It Work?
It’s easy! Start by filling out the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. Once I receive your information, I will reach out so that we can connect via phone, video chat, or email for a free consultation. My goal is to learn more about you, your needs, and what would make your trip truly special. Services can include any or all of the following based on your budget and needs:
- Flight research to get you to your destination(s) as efficiently and affordably as possible.
- Accommodation recommendations based on your budget and tastes. We’ll make sure you’re staying in the best neighborhoods for the best prices.
- Sightseeing, tour, and activity suggestions to make the most out of your trip. I put special emphasis on hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path experiences that will make your trip unforgettable.
- Local and regional transportation options, including car rental suggestions, train and bus tickets, and public transportation information.
- Other expertise as needed, including information on visa procurement, tips on packing or navigating local cultures, and more.
Once we have aligned upon the scope of work, you will receive a quote based on the estimated amount of time it will take to put together your vacation.

Vacation Planning FAQ's
While I can and have planned trips all over the world, there are some places that I know and love best of all. These include Alaska (where I spent three years living and working as a tour director), South America (I have lived in Peru and Ecuador in addition to backpacking the continent), Scotland, Ireland, Iceland, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and the United States.
Absolutely! Americans don’t need to leave the country to have an amazing vacation, and there’s something for everyone here that makes the United States worth a visit. I have personally visited 47 out of 50 states and have lots of firsthand knowledge to offer.
I’m a big fan of short trips and long weekends, so there is absolutely no minimum trip length to work with Full Life, Full Passport. My goal is to empower you to travel more and do it with as little stress as possible, so if short trips help get you out of the house, I’m all in!
I LOVE planning honeymoons! Not only is it fun to build romantic, once-in-a-lifetime vacations, but taking the stress of honeymoon planning off of a couple’s plate is really gratifying. Considering how busy and overwhelming wedding planning can be, entrusting your honeymoon to a professional is one of the best decisions you can make! Visit our honeymoon planning services page to learn more, or check out my article listing five reasons why you should use a honeymoon planning service.
Yes! Not only did I spend three years working in the cruise industry, but I am also a registered agency with many major cruise lines. This helps make your planning and booking as seamless as possible. Alaska cruises are my favorite 🙂
The length of time it takes to solidify an itinerary depends on a number of factors. These include the length of the trip, how many variables are included in the scope of work (flights, hotels, activities, etc.), the client’s responsiveness to communications, and more. We will discuss timing from the start to set realistic expectations and ensure prompt delivery according to your needs. While I am happy to accommodate last minute trips when possible, please be advised that a tight turnaround may incur an additional expediting fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon at the onset.
Pricing is based entirely on the estimated time it will take to put together your package, which means that it is flexible and adaptable to your needs. Costs will be clearly articulated in your quote and any changes to the fee structure (for example, if you request additional services) will be presented in writing and agreed upon before moving forward. You won’t be surprised with hidden fees and extra charges when you receive your final invoice.
Full Life, Full Passport does not offer issue resolution or emergency assistance while you’re on your trip. If you would like to have access to such services, we can discuss options during your planning process.
Extra work or changes to the itinerary outside of the agreed-upon scope, such as adding additional destinations or reworking the itinerary mid-project, may result in additional charges.
Expedited planning will be subject to a surcharge of up to 25%.
